COACHING

ELEVATING ELKS AND EXPECTATIONS

The Boulder Elks Swim Team is delighted to announce a long awaited and mutually beneficial agreement to expand our current working relationship with Elevation Athletics and Director/Head Coach Eric Stefanski.

You can learn more about Coach Eric at this link: https://www.elevationswim.com. But suffice to say that Coach Eric is the most qualified and respected coach the Elks have ever put on the deck.

Beginning in the Summer of 2023, Coach Stefanski and his selected staff will control the on deck coaching and program design for the BEST program. What does this mean for your young, Summer League swimmer? A lot of good things...

It means exposure to some of the best coaching and philosophies available to young athletes in the state. It means training, periodization and fitness concepts and ideas best suited for our athletes.

It really means that every member of the Boulder Elks Swim Team has a chance to personally experience a Summer of opportunity and growth in a welcoming, positive training and competitive environment.

We are excited that this relationship has come to fruition and we look forward to the benefits and successes that come out of it.
